Payments and Payment Options
Cash, credit/debit card payments on the day for in-person appointments and prepayment for local/international digital appointments.
Sessions in-person at Protea Ranch Centurion:
Payment for all in-person appointments is made on the day of your appointment, either in cash or by credit/debit card.
All consultations via teleconference are tentative until prepaid in full. Once we receive your teleconference request, we shall prepare an electronic invoice and send you the link to it. Please click on that link to pay by card. Having received your payment, we shall then confirm your booking with us.
Medical aid and other funding:
Most medical aid societies won't pay for your private sessions with us due to the non-medical scope of our work. With a little clever persuasion however, you might convince your boss to allow you to take some time off work or for you to arrange a group programme along with other colleagues if these sessions contribute in any way to your overall productivity (like quit smoking, stress management, productivity, concentration and focus.) You might also find that your company has an Employee Wellness Fund that sponsors these types of issues.
Yoco settlement for teleconference sessions
As soon as you book your teleconference appointment, we shall send you an email with a lot of important information.
Additionally, we shall prepare and send you a link to our electronic invoice. This step can take up to a day to complete. By clicking that link, you will be instructed to make your payment via Yoco®, our online credit card settlement partners.
